On Coveting The Lampshade
years ago
I would have
spied
this fancy shade
and whipped up
one
for myself
Later
I would
have spent
a hundred bucks
for one
of my own
Now I've lost
the impetus
to sew
and the room
to collect
instead I have
electrons
in virtual reality
with which to furnish
my cyberspace
